START is an award-winning free online careers tool which has been designed to connect 11—18-year olds with their future career potential.
START has many different interactive activities to complete, helping students identify their interests, skills, likes and dislikes.
START also holds information around hundreds of different careers, the range of pathways available after school, live job vacancies and apprenticeships both locally and nationally.
START even shows students which qualifications jobs require, enabling students to be fully informed when considering GCSE and Further Education choices.
Additionally, there are helpful activities and guidance on writing personal statement, applications and CVs. We would encourage you to use START alongside your child so you can support them through the process of deciding their next steps
